» 2021 and 2020 Federal Tax Returns (all pages and schedules)

» 2021 and 2020 W2(s) and/or 1099(s)

» Last 2 months of bank statements (all pages)

» Last 45 days of paycheck stubs

» Award Letter(s) for any pension(s) and/or Social Security Income(s)

» 401K Statement (if applicable)

» Divorce Decree (if applicable)

» Bankruptcy Paperwork (within the last 7 years, if applicable)

» Form DD214 (discharge paperwork), if interested in a VA loan
